| 16-11-09 / 23:16 : 3000th news : TC Electronic M30 Reverb free ! (cjed) |  Here his the 3000th news of the site, that opened in January 20005, and evolved (look, menus, features) up to a stable state (actual look from mid-2006, and Ajax feature in January 2007).
To celebrate this, here is a link to the TC Electronic M30 Reverb plugin (AU and VST), that is downloadable for free for 72 hours. This is a fully functionnal version, without any time limitation. We can read details here. Algorithms are derived from the M40 (found on hardware processors). That is then the best complement to Logic Express 9 ! | | | Comments | As for other people (some having a G4, or using various versions of Logic under Leopard), the AU plugin doesn't show in hosts nor in AU validator (it is installed however in Audio/plugins/Component).
As some are experiencing CPU peak with the plugin, it seems it couldn't even work on a G4.
(submitted at 11-17-09, 00:41 by cjed) | Problem with the AU version on G4 confirmed at TC Electronic's forums, Apple's forums and gearslutz forums. Morever some experienced very loud and harsh white noise, so a lot of care seems required.
