| 24-08-06 / 22:32 : Apple/Creative : Apple pays, Creative comes to iPod (cjed) | Apple finally choosed to pay 100M$ (it is huge but Apple earns 5 times that in a quarter) to Creative for using its "patent that isn't really one" about the ipod navigation interface (the ipod was out years before Creative thought about that). Apple will even be able to gain money back if Creative succeeds in stoling other companies, using the same methods as with Apple. The most funny thing is that Creative is really leaving the music player competition, as with the settled agreement they also gained... the "Made for ipod" certification from Apple, that is they will produce accessories for iPod !
