| 30-05-07 / 22:56 : Apple iTunes Plus / iTunes U (cjed) | Apple launched iTunes Plus (combined with iTunes 7.2), a revision of the store music catalog with better encoding and finally without DRMs (EMI titles only for now). Songs price is 1,29$. That was announced in fact two months ago but now full catalog transition is near complete. A new heading on the iTMS, iTunes U, is dedicated to educational content (videos, audiobooks) provided by US universities.
