The 8800GT is 41% faster in Doom 3 at 1024*768, and 3 times faster (300%) at 1600*1200. In Quake 4 performances are close at 1024*768 (this game probably uses more the CPU than the GPU), but the 8800GT remains 2 times faster at 1600*1200.
