These notably use an ultra-fast interconnection bus, that reminds the one found in old G5s. It seems they will include SSE4.2, and not the more expected AVX. | | | Comments | It seems Intel will release theses processors sooner. As the motherboards (the new chipset isn't compatible with previous slots) will be available early October, we can expect new Mac Pro around November.
