| The files are 192 kbits AAC (Advanced Audio Codec / mpeg4 audio). Quicktime 6 or later must be installed on PC for the codec. In QT player, go to Preferences menu (Edit), then Streaming Transport, and check 'user UDP, RTSP port 554". If Realplayer is also installed, go through the Preferences, into Media Types settings, and uncheck Real-Time Streaming Protoco (RTSP) management, so as to play theses in QT Player. Unixes like MacOSX can user VLC to play RTSP (but QT mpeg4 audio codec is required). On PC with IE, if links to songs are borken (blank page), copy-paste the links to QT Player (open from URL in File menu). Access is password protected (single authentification for each web session). The streaming server is on my mac so it usually is closed the day and sometimes opened the evening. |
