| 13-02-07 / 23:28 : Sessions WWDC 2006 sur Leopard téléchargeables (cjed) | | Apple propose depuis janvier des vidéos de la WWDC 2006 (nouveautés de Leopard), via son nouveau site accessible depuis iTunes, ADC on iTunes. Il faut avoir un compte ADC (gratuit pour le premier niveau ADC Online). Une fois authentifié iTunes se lance et permet de visionner 3 sessions : Session 000 - Mac OS X State of the Union, Session 106 - Taking Advantage of Leopard Features in Cocoa et Session 500 - IT State of the Union (durée de chacune entre 1h et 1h30 !) Les slides sont aussi téléchargeables, ainsi que des documents PDF sur diverses technologies.
| | | Commentaires | In fact it seems the streams are down (or there is too much people). I had to click on the button labeled "Get Tracks" to download them (250 to 500 Mo each, but very fast).
(posté le 14/02/07 à 22:48 par cjed) | In the first session video (the best), the part targeted to Core Animation gives an idea of what we can expect in Leopard in a UI manner. It's like the iTunes add, flying around building of music jackets, altering the elements, rotating, zooming, etc. Vista Flip Windows or even Linux XGL are a shame compared with what Core Animation can do. And more, it is animation agnostic, that is animation automatically happens when a state modification happens on elements (rename --> elements are automatically sorted and moved to do so, state change like opacity --> an animation fade in or out automatically takes place).
