| On the Adobe site we can download a beta version of the Adobe CS3 suite. It operates only two days without a CS2 licence (perhaps we can install it again ?) and it weights about 650 Mo. That is here (registration required). |

 VLC 0.8.6 is out. Among new features are the Intel macs compatibility, the support for WMP9 format, a better compatibility with H264 format... It can be downloaded here (we can also look at a realtime downloads counter, 2 per second average). |

| The project x264 QuickTime Codec is an open source H264 encoder/decoder codec for Quicktime. It is intended to be faster than Apple's and to provide more control over quality. It can be downloaded here. |
