 Samson/Zoom presented the H2, a new light version of the H4 recorder, cheaper (250 euros compared with 350 for the H4). Integrated effects and amp sim are gone, as pro inputs (guitar/TRS Jack). However the H2 provides the same audio quality as the H4, brings support for 4 Gb SD card (2 Gb max on the H4) and allows various directivity setups. Its 3 mic cells allow even 360° recording, and split of data for 5.1 format. |
