| As reported Macnn, Apple may be interested in integrating into OSX the new ZFS filesystem developed by Sun. Based upon a transactionnal object model, it gets rid of old constraints encountered for 20 years, offers a huge performance gain, and adds powerful integrity checks and correction, also being endian scheme independant. |
