(cjed) |  Front Row is very useful for playing multimedia files in fullscreen without using the mouse (media center principle), but using the remote available with recent macs. However it only presents files in list view (movies, musics). CoverFlow is an extension for iTunes that search for all installed albums (music only), grab artwork from different sources on the internet, and allows to naviguate through a virtual graphical library.
