| Waiting for Deus Ex 3, the site Jadiepoo.com provides original soundtracks of the first Deus Ex game, and also some enhanced versions (OST versions) and some variations (DXThemeRemix.mp3 remix, orchestral version DXTitleNew.mp3). We can read an interview from one of the composers, Alex Brandon (also composed the Unreal soundtrack, very similar) here. The two other composers are Michiel van den Bos and Dan Gardopee. |

| A new version of MacGLide, 0.13, is available. This freeware allows to play old Glide (3Dfx) games by mapping Glide instructions to OpenGL : Unreal 1, Tomb Raider, Carmageddon, Myth, etc. It is in fact a MacOS9 system extension, and then it cannot work on Intel macs (as it requires Classic or a boot from OS9). |

| Macworld provides a review of Colin McRae Rally Mac. Finally it seems very well done : realistic weather effects, dramatic lighting and a really broad color palette being used to great effect. You can see trees swaying in the breeze or watch leaves falling or snow blowing by; see the piercing gleam of headlights, or sun reflected in the windscreen of your rally racing car. We can download a demo version (342 Mo) very fastly at ludomac. The game is compatible with Intel & PPC (G4&G5 at 1,6 Ghz and video card fitted with 64 Mb). However when launching on a G4 MDD 1,25 Ghz with Radeon 9000 Pro 64 Mb it says the graphic card isn't compatible. |

| Eidos confirmed the development of Deus Ex 3, by a new staff that isn't completely up. The creator of first Deus Ex, Warren Spector, won't be part of it, and explains in this interview the reasons and his feelings. We don't know yet if the game will be ported to consoles, as it often leads to less rich environments (character management, scenario). We can watch a trailer at gametrailers.com. |

| The site yougamers.com provides a full review of Unreal Tournament 3. This one is positive also. We discover in the article's page about requirements that a Radeon HD 2600 XT is in the recommended video card range, that is the game should play fine on new imac (HD 2600 Pro, a little less powerfull), considering it has been designed to use all available CPU cores. |

| Since Apple announced the public release of the iPhone SDK for next year, many projects have started. Among these we notice a Playstation 1 emulator, psx4all, that is currently in development stage. Its creator expects close to native performance. A beta should be available soon. |

The music is availble (sold) on CD, the included music in the game featuring a volontary flatter frequency response in order to avoid sound effects masking.We can listen to the OST tracks samples here. |
