 ImageLine presents Sawer, a virtual instrument that uses emulation of envelopes and filters from 80's Soviet analog synthesizer, Polivoks. Oscillators instability and unique sounding have been reproduced by volontary putting errors in algorithms. It then leads to richer and more powerful sound. The max polyphony is 24 notes.Audio examples are provided (stunning, notably the 4th demo - reminds the power of ImpOSCar), as a demo version. The full documentation is available online. It is priced 79$, and the software also works on G4. |
