We knew Kongregate flash games site portal (The Fancy Pants Adventures, Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack!...) There is also a great flash adventure game alla Sam&Max, The Goat in the Grey Fedora, or an arcade/adventure game alla Lemings, The Polyphonic Spree (made for the rock music band of the same name, for their upcoming new album release).
For retro games, the site 1980-games.com provides some flash adaptations of old games.

10-04-07 / 11:27 PM : The true reason about lack of HL2 on mac (cjed)
InsideMacGames provides the true reason of lack of Half Life 2 on mac. It seems it isn't from lack of support from Apple, as Steve Jobs himself asked its developper relations team to get on the thing. In fact Valve would have asked no less than 1 million $ as rights to do the port... So no mac game publisher could pay that price.
